Productivity Tips For Digital Planning

Something I am always trying to work on, and I think a lot of us are working on, is our productivity. I am constantly thinking up new ways on how I can make my life more simple and more effective.

Digital products, especially a digital planner, plays a HUGE part in my daily productivity. I used to feel so scattered when I was writing important notes down on random pieces of paper, or in my journal. Every time I need to find my notes I would have to look in different places and flip through pages of notes to find my spot.

It might not seem like a colossal waste of time, but really think about it, the 5-10 minutes it takes to find the notes in your paper notebook/journal each day over the course of time is A LOT of wasted time!

This is why (among other reasons) I cannot live without my digital products, because Iโ€™m never far from my phone or iPad! Itโ€™s just a couple clicks and I am where I need to be.

Here are my favorite features in my digital planner for productivity:

Hyperlinks:

My planner has literally everything I need right at my finger tips, I no longer have to flip through countless pages to search for my notes. I just click on my hyperlinked planner and it takes me right to the page Iโ€™m looking for. It really does make you feel more organized and efficient.

Digital Stickers:

Okay hear me out on this oneโ€ฆ Digital stickers are one of my favorite aspects about my planner! Yes, they can be used purely for decoration and thatโ€™s great but I love to use the digital sticky notes, they are where I jot down my random ideas, notes, and questions. The best part? They donโ€™t get lost like real sticky notes, they stay right where you stick them!

Digital Notebooks:

Okay yes, this is separate from my planner but I couldnโ€™t not mention it! My digital notebook is one of my favorite things on my IPad. It gives me a bigger canvas to write down my ideas and really flesh them out, without cluttering my planner. I created so many different types of digital notebooks because I know people are picky about their note-taking, graph paper, dotted paper, lined, plain paper, it's all available!

Final thoughts.

Itโ€™s clear i'm a little digital obsessed, but I canโ€™t help but talk about a good thing! I cannot imagine my daily routine with my digital products by my side. Head over to The Pink Ink website to find your perfect digital products!
