01. Discovery

We start with a conversation. You’ll share your vision, your brand, and your audience. Together we’ll define the project scope and make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

I want to hear all your ideas and see all your inspiration, so you’ll complete a project workbook that will become the foundation for everything that follows!

03. Design

I’ll build your planner page by page with strategy, flow, and brand cohesion so the final planner in a way that is unmistakably yours.

02. Strategy

I’ll analyze your audience, study your competitors, and identify opportunities to make your product stand out. Then I’ll build a complete concept strategy that includes an intentional moodboard, color direction, competitor research, font selection, a mapped-out page structure, plus pricing suggestions.

04. Delivery

You’ll receive your ready to use final files — print-ready, digital-ready, or both — along with mock-up images for your product listings and marketing.

After delivery, you’ll have 1 week of email support for any questions about your files or launch.

Most custom planner projects take 6–10 weeks depending on the complexity of the project scope. You’ll receive a detailed timeline with specific deadlines before we begin.
You’ll complete a project workbook, share inspiration images, your content, and any brand assets you’d like to share with us. If you don’t have brand assets or are looking to elevate your branding, we can add a branding package to your project.
You’ll receive print-ready PDF files and/or digital-ready files optimized for iPad/GoodNotes depending on your project and PNG mock-up images for marketing. All files are ready to upload to your selling platform or send to a printer.
Final deliverables are provided as ready-to-use files (PDF, PNG). Native design files are available as a separate add-on for clients who want the ability to make edits independently. Most clients find the standard deliverables are everything they need to launch and sell.

Absolutely! Please be sure to book well in advance to guarantee your spot in my schedule and delivery by your launch date. I will reach out a month before our project start date so you can share your update ideas. I strive to be not just a designer, but a strategic partner for your brand.

Yes! A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to hold your spot on my calendar. The remaining 2-3 payments are broken up over a period of a few weeks or months. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!
