The Client

Holly wears all the hats — she's a mom, a business owner, and a fitness enthusiast. She helps mothers and business owners grow their own businesses from home, with a particular focus on fitness and wellness. Her audience is made up of women who are juggling a lot and looking for tools that actually fit the life they're living.

The Challenge

Holly wanted to create her very own digital planner — something that saves her audience time and allows her to test the market without investing too much up front. The catch? She needed it to feel personal, not generic. It had to reflect her brand, speak to her specific audience, and hold up as a product she could sell with confidence.

What We Created

This project didn't stop at one planner — and it didn't stop at one year, either. Over the course of three years working together, we built and refined:

Her signature digital planner — designed from scratch and updated year after year based on real feedback from her customers. Each version got sharper, more intuitive, and more aligned with what her audience actually needed.

Two planner editions — an entrepreneur edition for business owners and a second edition designed for moms. Same brand DNA, tailored functionality. Two audiences, one cohesive product line.

Product mockups — professional visuals so Holly could showcase her planners on her website and social media with confidence.

A PDF usage guide — designed to help her customers get started with their new digital planner right away, reducing support questions and improving the overall experience.

The Result

Holly launched her planner, tested the market, and kept coming back. What started as a single digital planner turned into a multi-year collaboration — with each new version refined based on what her customers were telling her. She was able to use a planner that perfectly fits her life and sell it to others who were looking for the same thing.
